Welcome to the Supportive Stance community! This section explains the relationship between us and you, our customer.

By visiting, using, and/or purchasing products from our Online Store, you (being a user, including without limitation customers and contributors of content) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms also include our Refunds & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of the legal contract between you and us. You promise that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of the products and services offered by our third-party suppliers. We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations. All products are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

3. Cancelling, Refusing or Limiting Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Supportive Stance reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Once an order is submitted, we are generally unable to accommodate cancellation requests. 4. Delivery

This section explains our shipping process and what to expect with your order.

Products are shipped directly from our third-party Australian suppliers. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. All carrier losses or damages must be reported to us within 10 calendar days of the delivery ETA to be eligible for a carrier investigation. Once our suppliers transfer products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss passes to you.

 

5. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in that policy, including our strict no change of mind returns policy and applicable restocking fees.

 

6. Prohibited Activities
