Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide and improve our Services: To fulfill your orders, process payments, and provide a customized shopping experience.
  • Marketing and Advertising: To send you marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email or text message, and to optimize our advertising campaigns across social media platforms (like Facebook and Instagram) based on your activity on our store.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We share your personal information with our key service providers to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly. These partners include our suppliers, Gelato and Dropshipzone, as well as our payment processor, Shopify Payments. We may also share your information to comply with any applicable legal obligations.

Advertising and Analytics

We use various online tracking technologies, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools, to understand how our visitors use the Supportive Stance store. This helps us refine our advertising to reach people who care about our mission and maximize the 50% of profits dedicated to Parkinson's research.

We are committed to transparency in this process.

Tool How it Works Data Shared (Non-Sensitive)
Meta Pixel This is a small piece of code on our website that tracks your browser actions (client-side). It tracks events like viewing the calendar, adding it to your cart, and making a purchase. IP address, browsing activity (e.g., page views, time on site), device type, and basic event data.
Conversions API (CAPI) This works server-to-server, independent of your browser, to send a secure, reliable signal of important events (server-side). This helps us accurately track purchases even when browser trackers are blocked. Hashed customer information (like email address, phone number, and name) is securely encrypted (hashed) before being sent to Meta. This allows Meta to match the purchase with the user while keeping the data private.

The Purpose: By combining the Pixel and CAPI, we ensure the most accurate tracking possible. This improved data quality allows us to run smarter, more efficient ads, which directly results in maximizing the amount of profit we can donate to Parkinson's research.
